All those forms only require TWO witnesses in order to become valid in Wisconsin. You have the option of using a Notary also.

I received a real property and manufactured home Limited Power of Attorney to be signed from the title company saying it was never signed when we closed. Saying the bank needed it signed asap. Any thoughts? Should I sign it? They screwed up already by not disclosing the mortgage ins in our HUD! and they said we are forced to pay because we put less then 20% down. So im not signing anything unless I know what this is. I dont feel we should have to pay mort ins if we were never told. I dont want to give them anything like a POA if I dont have to.

Is power of attorney only for medical or does it include financial/living expenses?
